Ojos del Guadiana
Ojos del Guadiana is an artisan raw milk Manchego cheese named after the source of the Guadiana River. This river source creates the stunning wetlands of Daimiel and rich lush pasture for the herds of Manchega sheep that our company nurtures.
This cheese is cured for extra maturity, making it a “Cheese Master Gran Reserva” product. This is a full flavoured cheese with a firm texture, nutty taste and a tangy finish.
This cheese has dazzled the most demanding customers and the most important restaurateurs.
