Molemocho
Molemocho is an artisan raw milk sheep cheese.
It is presented in two varieties:
Molemocho with herbs: It is cured with wild herbs. We approach a countryside natural aroma without losing the sheep milk taste.
Molemocho with lard: It is cured with Iberian pig lard. This cheese acquires a mildness that contrasts with its unequalled taste.
These specialties have a 7 months minimum maturity and their aromas have a great acceptance among our customers
